Room availability Information
The link at the bottom of this page will take you to our availability page. You can check room availability and if you want put in a request to book a room. We normally will respond within 24 hours to any of these requests. Please note you are putting in a request, the first response is not a confirmation, it just means the request is being sent to us.
When requesting stays of a week or more we will adjust the rate to the correct rate before sending the final confirmation. Currently weekly rates are $30 per day less than a nightly rate.
We try to keep the information displayed as updated as possible. It is however, a manual process and the displayed information will not always show recent room reservations or cancellations. You will get a confirmation by email if we can book the request as stated, otherwise we can usually suggest alternatives. When checking the calendar the room numbers in the left column are also links to pictures of the room.
During the peak season from mid January through April reservations generally require 7 night minimum stays starting on Saturdays.
During the rest of the season we generally require a two night minimum unless a request is made 7 days or less before arrival. During some periods longer minimums may be required. Gulf Front rooms 200 and 201 generally require longer bookings all year long.
The rules for minimum stays are generally relaxed within 7 days of expected arrival.
The page shows availability information for exactly one year from the current date.
If your requested stay is greater than 14 days then request 14 days then put it in the special request section the total number of days required, preferably with departure date also, to make sure we have it correct.
