The Sandpiper Inn has fifteen bright, airy and spacious guestrooms, many with twelve-foot ceilings and sitting areas - the majority with ocean views. All are corner rooms with three large windows, two exposures and air conditioning. Each has a private modern bath - some with showers, some with Jacuzzi or tub/shower combinations. Every room has at least two comfortable chairs and some have couches. All have color cable television with remote control, refrigerators, alarm clocks, hair dryer, telephone, iron and ironing board.

While the feeling is cozy, the Sandpiper itself is one of Spring Lake's most elegant historical buildings, rich in architectural detail enhanced by period antiques and fresh flowers. A gracious Victorian home, it was built by the Spanish ambassador to the United States. Warm hospitality reflects an admired tradition associated with Spring Lake.

Please note, the Black Trumpet Restaurant is the ground (first) level of our inn, all rooms are on the second, third and fourth floors of the inn. The living room and our large ocean view veranda are on the second floor of the inn.

You have to walk up one flight of stairs to get to our first group of rooms. We do not have any rooms at ground level and we do not have an elevator.
