These are the floor plans of The Sandpiper Inn.

Please note, the restaurant (currently closed) is the ground (first) level of our inn, all rooms are on the second, third and fourth floors of the inn. The living room and our large ocean view verandah are on the second floor of the inn. The indoor heated pool is also on the ground level.

The Sandpiper Inn is the 3rd house in from the Ocean, our Ocean views are East on Atlantic Avenue and to some degree behind the houses next door.

You have to walk up one flight of stairs to get to our first group of rooms. We do not have any rooms at ground level and we do not have an elevator. If you forget what a room looks like, simply click that room with your mouse and you will be taken to that room's page.
