2010 Rates and policies
All rooms have private bath in the room, remote cable TV/DVD, telephone, small refrigerator, air conditioning, ceiling fans and sitting area. In addition all rooms have a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Soom rooms have ocean views and some have Jacuzzis'.All rooms are steps away from our glass enclosed heated pool. Complimentary with all rooms: Cooked to order breakfast, Afternoon Snacks & beverages, bicycles and use of our 24 by 17 heated indoor pool. Beach Passes are also provided when needed. Beach badges are generally required on weekends starting Memorial Day weekend in late May. From the last weekend in June through the Labor day weekend they are required every day. |

Policies
We do not have an elevator
CHECK IN: 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm CHECK OUT: Noon or earlier
LATE ARRIVALS:
If you are arriving after 7:00 pm, please let us know so that we
can make arrangements.
DEPOSIT: A one night or 50% deposit is required, whichever is greater.
CANCELLATIONS:
Your deposit will be returned less a $30 service charge, if we are notified 14 or more
days prior to arrival. CHILDREN:
The Sandpiper is not suitable for Children PETS: We do not accept pets. There are kennels nearby.
GRATUITIES are not included.
EXTRA GUESTS:
Most rooms at the Sandpiper Inn accommodate two guests. The only rooms that accommodate more
than two guests are: PARKING: The driveway of the Sandpiper Inn has parking for 8 cars. We have a total of 15 rooms. Additional spaces for overnight parking is available in the diagonal spaces on the beach side of Ocean Avenue, about 300 feet from the inn. There is no charge to park here. Guests may park on the street in front of the inn during the day and at night as long as the car is not left there overnight. Those guests who have more than one vehicle per room will have to park the second vehicle on the street, regardless of availability of spaces in the driveway. The driveway parking spaces at the Sandpiper are small and will not accommodate large vehicles. Those vehicles need to park on the street. BREAKFAST: We normally provide a cook to order breakfast for our guests on the ground level of the inn seven days a week. Click here for the cook to order breakfast menu. RETURNING GUESTS: If you have stayed with us at least one time since November 2005
AND if you are staying 2 nights or more then you qualify for a $10 per night discount. When you
reserve the room just mention that you are a returning guest, after we verify it, we will adjust
the balance due with a credit of $10 per night. The savings is $11.50 a night since you are
saving the tax also. Please mention the approximate date when you stayed before and the name
on the previous reservation if it is different from the current.
ONLY ONE GUEST STAYING IN THE ROOM
If there is only one guest staying in the room and if you select one guest
in the reservation then your rate will be $30 per night less than rates listed
which are for 2 guests in a room.

There is a 2 night minimum stay requirement 7 nights a week during peak season. Single night stays mid week for Sunday through Thursday night will be generally be available within 2 weeks of the beginning of the stay.
Stays including Saturday night require a 3 night minimum stay for all
weekends in July and August booked more than a month in advance.
July 4th weekend, July 2 through 4 is a 3 night minimum.
Labor Day Weekend September 3 through 5 is a 3 night minimum.

stay of 2 nights or more.
Subtract $30 per night if one guest in a room.
Stay 5 nights midweek and save $20 per night. You must stay Sunday through
