All rates are double occupancy, per night. All rooms have private bath, remote cable TV/DVD, telephone, refrigerator, air conditioning, ceiling fans and sitting area. In addition all rooms have a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Many rooms have ocean views and some have Jacuzzis'. Complimentary with all rooms 'year round: Afternoon Snacks & beverages, Bicycles and Beach Passes. We include in our rates a cooked to order breakfast for our guests in the restaurant seven days a week May through October. Click here for the breakfast menu.
From November through April we provide the cooked to order breakfast
on Saturday and Sunday mornings. CHECK IN: 3:00 pm CHECK OUT: Noon DEPOSIT: A one night or 50% deposit is required, whichever is greater. CANCELLATIONS:
Your deposit will be returned less a $20 service charge, if we are notified 14
days prior to arrival (30 day notice required during PEAK season).
The Sandpiper is not suitable for Children LATE ARRIVALS: If you are arriving after 7:00 pm, please let us know so that we can make arrangements. Gratuities are not included. EXTRA GUESTS:
Most rooms at the Sandpiper Inn accomodate two guests. The only rooms that accomodate more
than two guests are: PARKING:
The driveway of the Sandpiper Inn has parking for 8 cars. We have a total of 15 rooms.
Additional spaces for overnight parking is available in the diagonal spaces on the beach side of
Ocean Avenue, about 300 feet from the inn.
Guests may park on the street in front of the inn during the day and at
night as long as the car is not left there overnight.
Those guests who have more than one vehicle must park the second vehicle on the street
regardless of availability of spaces in the driveway.
The driveway parking spaces at the Sandpiper are small and will not accomodate large
vehicles. Those vehicles need to park on the street.
