The Living Room

While the feeling is cozy, the Sandpiper itself is one of Spring Lake's most elegant historical buildings, rich in architectural detail. A gracious Victorian home, it was built about 1888. It became the summer residence for Manual De Azpiroz, the Mexican ambassador to the United States. Warm hospitality reflects an admired tradition associated with Spring Lake.

The Inn has fifteen large, air conditioned rooms, all with a private bath "in each room", a glass enclosed heated pool (84° degrees year round), all located one hundred yards from the boardwalk and beach.

Porch

Our beautiful wrap around porch is on the 2nd level of the inn, which gives our guests a wonderful view of the ocean, as well as a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the day.
