While the feeling is cozy, the Sandpiper itself is one of Spring Lake's most elegant historical buildings, rich in architectural detail enhanced by period antiques and fresh flowers. A gracious Victorian home, it was built by the Spanish ambassador to the United States. Warm hospitality reflects an admired tradition associated with Spring Lake.

The Inn has fifteen large, air conditioned rooms, all with a private bath "in the room", all located one hundred yards from the boardwalk and beach.

Our beautiful wrap around porch is on the 2nd level of the building, which gives our guests a wonderful view of the ocean, as well as a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the day.
