Canal front duplex on Longboat Key

The Canal Front Duplex available on Longboat Key. The property has two units, each with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a large screened in porch. The units are fully furnished and are intended for longer rentals. Both sides are currently booked for January through March 2021. There is some availability during the rest of 2020 through December. Units are normally available for stays of 30 days or longer. The units may be available to rent on a weekly basis during a 30 day period. Each unit may not be rented more than once a month. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach using the access path for the duplex.

The Canal front duplex on Longboat Key is not part of the Sandpiper Inn as of 5 June 2020 and is independent of the Inn.
